Winter wonderland and then some!

Welcome to Washington! The snow/ice/rain/hail/everything has finally started to melt away slowly. Matt was stuck without power for the past two days or so, and he told me that he did not realize how much electronic devices he used in a day until he couldn't use any of them at all! Thankfully, our power has decided to stay on so that has made me happy :) Today I was able to schedule my interview with a family in the Tacoma area, to be their after school nanny. I am praying that it will work out in my favor! Matt just got a Macbook today and he is very content with his buy. He is selling his laptop as well, if anyone is interested! Tomorrow, my Dad and I are going to buy the dress. If you are ever looking for a wedding dress, prom dress, cute dress (modest or not) check out  "A Formal Choice" in downtown Puyallup! That is where we found my beauty.

We hope that you are all being safe in the weather! We love you!

The Date

Hello Again!

We were able to get in contact with the temple scheduler last night and we can't book our time until April 3rd. That just means I (Emily) will be calling as soon as they open on that day. We aren't planning on having a big group with us so it should be easier to get a room, and only run for an hour or so. I can't wait to be married already!

On another note, here in Puyallup it is very snowy! All schools and a lot of businesses and shops have closed for the day. We were able to play in the snow for a while, and go sledding. We hope you are all enjoying our winter wonderland and that you are safe! We love you!

Instead of handing out Save the Dates, we are posting them via many forms of internet for cost. Here it is folks! :) (by the way, I spent a lot of time into this! who knew that paint was so difficult?)

Well hello everyone!

We have so many wonderful upcoming events and we decided that they needed to be in a central place! I recently went dress shopping, and I think I have found the one! It is definitely an experience I have always dreamed about. It was wonderful! Andie, Katie, and her friend Gabby went with me. So much fun! We are working on getting our guest list finalized in the next few days, so that we can begin the process of invitations. We are always looking for ideas that are cheap, and somewhat easy, so feel free to share! We do know that we will be getting married in the Seattle LDS Temple, followed by a ring ceremony and reception in the cultural hall of the 94th LDS Stake Center in Puyallup. Our hope with this blog is to keep people in the loop with what is going on in the world of our wedding. Thank you! We love you!
